ADA Complaint and Grievance Procedure
The County of San Bernardino strives to ensure that its programs and facilities are accessible to and useable by individuals with disabilities. Members of the public who would like to discuss a concern about the accessibility of a County program or facility are encouraged to contact the County’s Public Access ADA Coordinator.
Disability Complaints
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provides comprehensive civil rights protections to individuals with disabilities. Title II subtitle A of the ADA prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in the services, programs and activities provided to the public by State and local governments.
Complaints alleging discrimination on the basis of disability by a County department may be filed with the Public Access ADA Coordinator pursuant to the County of San Bernardino ADA Grievance Procedure.
